Minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy, multi-speciality dental office Dentrix Dental Software:

Responsibilities:
-Ensure the alignment of the office with the core purpose and beliefs of the company -Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity and also allow for exceptional patient care - Calculate and collect co-payments when services are rendered - Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and consise manner - Present financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say yes - Answer incoming calls, emails/correspondence ( including interoffice communication platforms such as Weave), in a professional and timely manner - Upload dental insurance policies and verify insurance Acton Family Dentists is taking all extra precautions to keep our patients and staff safe.
We will provide all the necessary PPE required by ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
