Job Details
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of our ecommerce platform, ensuring an optimal shopping experience for customers.
Develop and implement site merchandising strategies to promote products and drive online sales.
Manage product pricing strategies, balancing profitability and competitiveness.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely product availability.
Develop and manage our digital catalog, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Plan and execute successful campaign launches, coordinating with marketing and other teams to maximize reach and impact.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline retail strategies.
Monitor and report on ecommerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Stay abreast of latest ecommerce trends and technologies, leveraging them to drive growth and improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2
years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of site merchandising, pricing, inventory management, digital cataloging, campaign launches, retail, and marketing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
