Job Description:
A Behavior Analyst at TACT contributes to the mission of the agency by ensuring all of our clients have access to outstanding clinical care primarily through the development of individualized treatments and on-going supervision of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Behavior Analysts at TACT conduct functional analyses, skill acquisition assessments, and comprehensive treatment evaluations to ensure the effects of our interventions are robust and have generality across contexts.

Responsibilities Oversee behavior analytic services in clinic and homes Direct supervision and training for ABA Technicians Treatment plan development (e.
g.
, functional analysis, treatment analysis, behavior guideline development) Development of individualized objectives Skill acquisition curriculum development (e.
g.
