Have you worksd in Landscaping, Construction, Hardscapes, Irrigation or any other similar industry? The person filling this role Performs a variety of general tasks related to customer service or to support field staff and or other office staff Key Accountabilities:
Answer phones and assign leads Handle additional assignments from the Manager as required General customer service for vendors or clients Review of Sales contracts Assist in marketing (online Ads) Scheduling of meetings and assisting in managing calendars Drafting Contracts Assisting with Human Resource needs Filing Data Entry Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Strong analytical skills Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to handle time-sensitive initiatives Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Team Player who collaborates well with others Ability to work well in stressful situations with large volumes of processing.
Education/Experience/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required 2-3 years of experience in office setting with prefered marketing background College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred Job Type:
