Founded in 1988, TB&A is a full-service, high end, Design Build Remodeling firm dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and end projects.
Duties Collaborate with our clients, vendors, trade partners and other artisans at all phases of our project development and delivery system.
Develop practical and beautiful layouts and space planning solutions for residential remodeling projects, with an emphasis on kitchen and bath design, including cabinetry, tile and all finishes involved.
Choose products for all spaces.
Product ordering, tracking, and receiving.
Develop color schemes Generally, assist design department in production drafting, 3D presentation drawings, and other tasks.
Practical Experience Extensive background in high-end residential interior detailing, including skilled mastery of design software.
Chief Architect is a plus Kitchen and Bath design experience.
Strength producing accurate space plans, detailed elevations, sections and 3-D renderings.
Strong technical knowledge of building materials, products, components and systems.
Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations helpful.
Demonstrated experience specifying fixtures and finishes.
Proficient at determining what is required to produce an accurate scope of work for remodeling projects.
Qualifications Excellent communications skills while working with other design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, team members, and discerning clients.
Goal-focused, creative and persuasive with the ability to resolve design dilemmas.
Team player.
Accurate and detail oriented Self-starter and problem solver with excellent work ethics.
