Office Administration

A SUCCESSFUL Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company in Acton, MA, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

In this position, you will work closely with the President and Vice President on client invoicing, accounts payable, preparing monthly financial reports, contracts management, retirement account coordination, HR record keeping, and vendor management.
The qualified Office Administrator must be proficient using Microsoft applications, must be flexible to take on a wide range of responsibilities to support the office operations, and will be able to handle multiple, concurrent tasks with the highest levels of professionalism and client service.
Experience with Ajera is a plus.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
