Kforce has a client in search of a Mergers & Acquisition Manager in Acton, Massachusetts (MA).Essential Functions:
Take part in the letters of intent phase
Help oversee the diligence efforts on all transactions
Help with the transition from diligence to integration planning
Support sourcing efforts
Recommends marketing strategies to enhance sales
Conduct market research
Develop and implement surveys
Create and generate reports
Prepare procedural and operational manuals
Review forms and reports to determine weak areas and make improvements
Meet with staff to explain new systems or procedures
Document findings of studies and implement systems or procedures
Train staff on proper use of forms and reports
Analyze work flows and make recommendations
Develop and implement records management programs
Help create and maintain a marketing plan
Research marketing opportunities
Produce statistical models
Interpret financial statements
Determine target audiences
Oversee writing proposals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Finance or Marketing
Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
Leadership experience in a business development role
Excellent analytical and research skills
Superior communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent math skills
Administrative proficiency with relevant software programs

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
